Cynthia Maria Wall was born in Charlotte, NC on August 09, 1959 to Mae Black Johnson. She departed this life on Saturday, January 07, 2003 in Rockingham, NC.
Cynthia worked at White Poultry (Perdue) for ten years; she then worked at the Holiday Restaurant until her retirement.
Cynthia accepted Christ at an early age and continued her fellowship and growth at Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Rockingham, NC. where she served as an usher, part of the kitchen committee and member of the choir.
Cynthia enjoyed gardening, reading the Bible, spending time with her family and fishing.
Cynthia leaves to cherish her memories: her husband of thirty-eight years, Sam Wall of the home; a son, Shawndell (Kooter Brown) McNeill of Rockingham, NC; grandchildren, Jaylen Knight, Deontae (TaTa) Dumas, Angelica Johnson, Kyoka Fields of Georgia and Natasha Gladd of South Caroling; sister, Vanessa Johnson of Southern Pines, NC, Margie Wright Haley of Rockingham, NC and Betty J. Johnson of Rockingham, NC; brother, Tommy Brown of Florida; sisters-in-law, Annie Wall of Rockingham, NC, Hannah (Arthur Brown) of Laurel Hill, NC, Queen Esther Wise of New York, Flonnie Gould of Hamlet, NC and Cristine Wall of Davenport, IA; four brothers-in-law, Fletcher (Creola) Wall of Rockingham, NC, James Wall of Bennettsville, SC, Willis David Wall of Wadesboro, NC and Stevenson Grim Wall of Iowa, whom preceded her in death; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
